Whynacht Security & Survival offers the most comprehensive preventative maintenance and false alarm prevention programme in the industry. Beyond that, we offer the following additional levels of technical support:

1. Telephone technical assistance when the client simply needs advice or to be talked through a procedure.
   


2. Direct connection diagnostics for most of our systems allowing us to communicate directly with your equipment from our office. With this technology we can change your system settings, add, delete, or change user codes, arm or disarm your system, adjust detector sensitivities, and extract the log of all system activity, to name a few options. This is an incredibly powerful tool. If you are 3 hours away from our office in the middle of a February ice storm, we can do the necessary first aid to get you through until the cavalry arrives.
   


3. E-mail technical assistance through our Contact Us page, selecting "Support". We will reply to your query within 24 hours.
   



4. Need a report of system activity? Who came, who went, and when? We can provide activity reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed basis. Fees may apply depending on report frequency.
